Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Accounts are for personal recreational use only. You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, operate an Account for commercial purposes, or use any automated software, bot or third-party service to interact with the Platform.
To create an Account you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any additional details required to complete KYC verification. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
939bit may at any time, at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents before permitting deposits, withdrawals or continued use of the Platform. Accepted documents typically include government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address. Processing times for verification are subject to the volume of outstanding requests and may vary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 939bit will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. The Platform is provided for lawful, personal recreational use only. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, circumvent any security measure or exploit any technical error or vulnerability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
939bit reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate — including Account suspension, balance withholding and referral to relevant authorities — in respect of any prohibited conduct.
939bit reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any Bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A Bet is not considered accepted until a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. Users should verify their bet slip before confirming any wager.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the Platform's betting interface at the time a Bet is placed. These limits may vary by market, event, game type and Account status. 939bit may apply individual betting limits to any Account at its discretion.
A Bet may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond applicable settlement windows; manifest pricing errors; technical failures that materially affected the integrity of the market; or evidence of match manipulation in the relevant event.
Specific rules governing Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets, ICC tournament betting, and other sporting events are made available within the relevant market section of the sportsbook. Users are advised to review event-specific rules before placing any Bet, particularly for in-play markets where odds update in real time. 939bit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any formal relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board, the PSL or any other sporting body.
Individual game rules, including return-to-player (RTP) ranges (which are illustrative figures), paytables and applicable minimum/maximum bet limits, are available within each game. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or spin.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied. Real-money funds deposited into an Account are typically used before Bonus Funds when placing Bets, unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
939bit reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back Bonus Funds — and any associated winnings — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that promotional terms have been abused, circumvented or exploited, including through the use of multiple Accounts or collusion.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 939bit excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. 939bit's aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the twelve-month period preceding the relevant claim.
939bit may suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion or money laundering; provision of false information; inability to verify KYC documentation; or a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination or closure of an Account, all pending Bets and promotional entitlements are cancelled. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 939bit is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with the 939bit support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in 939bit's operating jurisdiction.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their activities and that 939bit makes no representation regarding the lawfulness of Platform access from Pakistan.
939bit reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform interface or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
